How does hiring with SJ Collective work?
Once you have found the perfect dress simply use the calendar to place your booking. Select the date you would like the dress to be delivered. We recommend selecting a delivery date 1-2 days before your event. You can select to have the dress posted to you or to pick up at our Toowoomba warehouse. All postage orders include a return satchel to post the dress back in. If you are unsure if a particular dress is available or not please email us atinfo@sjcollective.com.au
Can I try my dress on before placing my order?
Yes of course! You are welcome to visit our Toowoomba Warehouse by appointment only. Please contact us via email oninfo@sjcollective.com.auto enquire about an appointment time.
Do I have to clean my outfit before returning?
No, we take care of the cleaning for you! Simply place your dress into the pre-paid package that has been provided and drop it at your local Post Office or yellow Express Postal Box. If you have chosen pickup or local delivery, simple pop it back in the bag it was delivered in, and return!
What if I damage the dress I have hired?
If you do damage the dress in any way please contact us immediately atinfo@sjcollective.com.au. If the dress is not repairable, unfortunately, you will be charged the replacement value of the dress; as per the amount on our website.
What if I want to change/cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order or make any changes please email us at info@sjcollective.com.au.
Please note that you must email within 48 hours of your hire date, otherwise you will be charged the full amount of the order.
What if I return my outfit late?
We rely heavily on timely returns; by posting your dress back late you are potentially inconveniencing another customer. No one wants to be left without an outfit so please make sure you return your dress on time!
If you return your item(s) late you will incur a thirty dollar ($30.00) late fee for every day you are late up to 200% of the retail value of the dress as indicated on our website. If you are unable to post your item(s) back by 4pm on your return date please contact us at info@sjcollective.com.au.
I have left my order until the last minute! Will it arrive?
There is no shame in leaving things to the last minute (we all do it!). Orders placed before 3pm (AEST) will be despatched that day for next day delivery to metropolitan areas located within Australia’s Post next day network. Areas outside of this network will take 2-4 days to be delivered.
Please note that once the order has been posted by SJ Collective, we cannot guarantee delivery times by Australia Post.
If you are a local in Toowoomba and are ordering last minute, please reach out to confirm if the dress can be picked up last minute.
